Jim Ed Warden resigns with Blue Crabs

According to the Atlantic League web site, Jim Ed Warden has resigned with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs for the 2o12 season.

Warden was a 6th round pick (187 overall) by the Cleveland Indians in the 2001 MLB Amateur Draft.

This will be his fourth season with the Blue Crabs. In his three previous seasons he had a combined 2.39 ERA with 71 saves in 132 innings pitched.
